I’m going to need a husband so he can build me this.
Or a wife. I don’t even care. Make me a bookshelf wall.

Since my daughter was born, 5 years ago, I wanted to tattoo something for her, but i didn’t want to write her name, I wanted something that was just like her: a sweet little girl. The illustration is from a kids book - “Wave” of Susan Lee - and that picture captures exactly my little daughter.

    New thing, new thing!

Movie Mimicking is when ordinary folks mimic a movie scene in a photo. The guy who started it, Allen Fuqua, says it’s “how [he] combines his love of film and travel.”

    Try it!

TIP: Use a movie location scouting site to find out where movies were shot.

Lucas Simoes photographed portraits of his friends, asked them to tell a secret, and had them assign a color to their secret.

He then collaged 10 photos of that friend with colored acrylic sheets. By disguising their faces, it kinda feels like he’s helping keep their secret.
